3 PORT has contributed its part to the successful implementation of a monitoring system for the first solar power plant in Japan from Slovenian company Robotina.

Slovenian company Robotina d.o.o. these days successfully passed the entire Solar Plant Supervisory Monitoring System for its first power plant in Japan. It is a 500kW photovoltaic power plant near Osaka with two 250kW inverters. A part in this project was contributed also by 3 PORT.

The first step of cooperation with strategic partner Robotina was to adapt Cybrotech system SolarWeb for monitoring and management support of solar power plant to operational requirements of Japanese client and the inclusion in the hosting system.

On September 2012 twenty years have passed since the electronic port disposition and electronic data interchange between the Port of Koper and the forwarding companies and shipping agencies have been in regular use.

In the beginning of the 90s the project was revolutionary, as it introduced for all indirect users of transhipment and storage services of the Port of Koper – i.e. forwarding companies and shipping agencies, electronic work ordering and reporting back to clients – electronic certification of the transfer of ownership between forwarding companies and shipping agencies (“Without reservation” document), automatized opening of the record of goods and deleverage of the central cargo storage record, and return electronic notifications of contracting authorities about the implemented services (“Entry, removal from warehouses” document). Thus, the prescribed red (entry of goods), blue (exit of goods) and yellow (additional works) paper dispositions in six copies went down in history…

We have completed the internal development and research project called Qumulus, the aim of which was to develop a tool for the dynamic creation of custom forms that would be instantly accessible online or via mobile applications.  The Qumulus system is established up to the production operating system and is available for individual use or for field use in connection to other applications.

We put into production a web application for external access to ASK.

The web application enables clients of the company Avto Servis d.o.o. Koper (ASK) a new form of direct communication about orders, services, data on vehicles being serviced at ASK.

Up-to-date record keeping and coordinating various data is time-consuming. REON is an application intended for uniform record keeping of municipal immovable property.

For an easier and more systematic work we will organize your data into two fields: municipal plots and municipal parts of buildings.

The REON application consists of

• REON – Data part, where we can view and edit attribute data and manage data filtering statuses using input screens, and
• REON – Graphic part, a powerful tool for viewing REON spatial data.  By clicking on a selected property in the graphic (plot, building), we directly open a screen for editing attribute data on the selected property. Changes to the record status are immediately visible also in the graphic.
