Building land leases

ZAST is a purpose application for managing the register of lease agreements for building land. It enables the elaboration and print-out of lease agreements, real-time recording of amendments to agreements, the calculation of yearly leases and viewing the register by different criteria. Before calculating yearly leases, parameters for the calculations must be set: the calculation areas for leases, the cadastre income according to the type of use and the plot grade in the cadastral district, the minimum lease amount for the agreement, the revaluation coefficient by calculation areas. The calculation can be adjusted or upgraded so that it forwards all entries created in the calculation of leases to the financial package in use at the municipality. The ZAST application also creates invoices. The management of the administrators’ addresses and setting up pre-authorized payments for banks is enabled. The application uses a common OIS database which includes standard code books, registers and cadastres.
