Application for viewing the history of monthly statuses of cases

VOPI-mstat is a small web application for viewing the archive of monthly reports on the quantitative status of open and resolved cases by offices.

Data are prepared by a back-end service which searches the VOPI database once a month and prepares summary data on open and resolved cases by individual office clerks, classifications, offices, and enters the summary data into the data warehouse.

It is possible to view the saved monthly summary data for any past period, any office and any office clerk. VOPI-mstat enables exporting data and performing various analyses and preparing reports with other “spreadsheet” type tools.
