To be effective, a control system has to meet many technical, topology, durability and other criteria. What do we control? How we do it? How we add new systems? How do systems cooperate, how we can manage them and how they can be used to manage the City? City also needs to communicate to users. How we can do it effectively? And finally, what are cooperation platforms and how they can be used? We will analyze challenges and demonstrate some effective solutions.
